Personal Training with Cat

Cat has been Personal Training since 2001 in clients homes, and at the club.

Book quality 1-2-1 training with Cat, training at home OR at the gym, whichever suits you, with invaluable back up information in person and via email, the latest training protocols, the best nutritional advice, and working with what you may have available at your home (this is up to you).

We can work around you and the time you have available!


You’ll get:


• An evaluation of your Bio-Type
• Body Composition Analysis
• Periodisation charts
• Programme design specific to you and your needs
• Goal setting and life coaching tasks
• Motivation
• Postural analysis
• Menu planners, based on your Bio-type, Weight & See compliant.
• An explanation of the BEST exercise protocol you can follow using the latest scientific coaching protocols for metabolic boosting like never before
• A progressive programme to keep you motivated
• Back up emails to build a library of all we have covered for your future reference
• Advice on fat loss - if you need it you'll get results
• The supplements and/or lifestyle changes you MIGHT need to take for specific areas of either fat storage or stress factors that lead to the fat gains in the first place (a look at your hormone levels)
• Food diary – an evaluation of what you are doing presently and how we wll improve it
• Learn how to use free weights – so good for all and you can use these at home in privacy too

I need around 7 sessions to get this all done thouroughly.

As a life coach I have some terrific material I have written as to how to keep motivated - especially between sessions!

You'll often get more, depending on what we find you might need as we go along (supplimentation for example).

Can I just give a little aside here: Personal Training might SEEM relatively expensive but many potential clients have no idea of the work that goes on behind the scenes in terms of programme/circuit design, food diary scoring and everything else on the list above, but when we get it just right it yields brilliant results.


I am strict with my clients and expect dedication from them as: I want results! (you are, after all, my walking testimonials!)


So before we even consider working together we'll have an informal interveiw to establish how you'll fit in a regular training schedule and if you're prepared to adhere to the "Weight & See" protocol!

If we feel this is going to work well- you'll get the best programme, training and education that I can offer.
We also need to establish the exact term we'll be working together, and how often we'll meet, otherwise results will be sporadic, so doomed, and not good for either of us.
On this I must also be really firm!

That's the strict me out of the way!

If you adhere - you'll feel like a different person by the time we've done, and able to continue this protocol yourself for life. Continued support is as given - you only need to ask.

A block booking is £350 for 7 sessions - I recommend this strongly - a dedicated approach cannot fail

You can also pay £57 p/h, for single sessions (paid in advance). This involves a different training protocol.

Fees also cover travel within 5 miles of the club.
