Consultations, Presentations Seminars and working with small groups.
I have a wealth of experience in the Fitness Industry – please also refer to the Curriculum Vitae link on the home page.
In my capacity of Gym Proprietor since 2002, I've dealt with 600+ clients,and rising, with a rich diversity of health aspirations, goals, issues, and health complications, sometimes in rehab circumsances, working with other health professionals. I have scored countless Food Diaries, Body Composition Analysis assessments, and Fitness Tests - it's all in a days work! In the last few years I've also created 2 major courses to cater for health, wellness and Personal Projection (Weight and See, Force 3) I've also done many 1-2-1 consultations as a Personal Trainer of some 8 years experience, again dealing with a huge and interesting spectrum of clients.
Lastly, as my qualifications also include Aerobics, Step Aerobics, Kick boxing, Kids fit, Freestyle Pilates, Weight Loss Management, and Life Coaching, as well as setting up and coaching the Hay Hotfooters Running Club I should be ideally placed to offer advice in many directions, I hope you'll agree. I'm not afraid to set up larger projects still - founding and directing the now annual 10k multi terrain race; the 'Magic Roundabout' for 2 years before moving on to other (less demanding of my time!) ideas. (This is still ongoing annually).
I welcome approaches from any organisation, and can design seminars or sessions for: Corporations, Schools, (CRB held) and Sports Teams. If you are a Running Club and could do with a 'boost' in your training call me for a super-session.
I would also happily consider presenting at Health Seminars in any capacity (Presenter, Orator or Instructor of the Fitness Class you wish to include in your course). I've even done Fitness Assessments at a Yoga retreat!
Or maybe you might consider putting together a group of you, all interested in the same topic, and I'll deliver whatever you put forward, therby saving you money on 1-2-1 Training. Some examples might be: a Personal Training Group, pram-push exercise classes, toddlers dance session in play school or at your child's private birthday party. They love it!
Educative courses/kitchen workshops in Nutrition for teenagers, or a Bootcamp course for teens, a Weight Loss programme for a group of men/women - the ideas are endless!
