Bio-Typing

How many different diets have you tried in an attempt to lost weight, increase energy or gain muscle? Ever felt it is not working as it is not tailored specifically for you?

Clients are constantly astounded at the accuracy of Bio-Typing, the results they get on following her advice, and the personality matches are often mind blowing! We have seen jaws drop!
For example T types are advised of ‘ring slip’ when their electrolytes are low, G types are ‘collectors’ so G women LOVE handbags, jewellry or shoes!! GP’s are the most likely to be addictive in personality – and this can be to ‘love’ as well as substances/drink! ‘A’ types mustn’t mix carbs and protein, G types need the cleanest diet – organic food wherever possible.. T types love the outdoors so might not be happy in the gym but thrive in our Saturday a.m Bootcamp!

Cat can usually tell you within seconds of meeting you (or assess via e-mail or even the phone), what type you are with NO long questionnaires, or written assessments – simply a visual once-over! (or if ‘blind’, careful questioning) She’ll know what ‘lights your fire’ in training (and NEVER to tell a P type what to do directly – unless it is in the 3rd person they can handle that!)

Bio typing goes further and also uses blood typing, metabolic typing and your aruvedic constitution. Combined, it is astonishingly detailed and pertinent.
